Mastering curriculum leadership: a personalised course for secondary curriculum leaders
This course will develop attendees as leaders of curriculum. Based on educational research and curriculum theory, participants will explore effective and rigorous curriculum development, and consider how to strategically lead and develop colleagues.

Starting as a senior leader
This highly practical short course will prepare new or aspiring senior leaders for the demands and considerations of whole-school leadership. Based on educational research and theory, participants will explore the 'need to knows' before starting as a senior leader, including appropriate professional knowledge and how to gather evidence to understand a school's culture. We'll discuss how to formulate a plan for the first term, and how to plan for designing and embedding long-term strategy.

Senior curriculum leadership: the responsibility of the senior team to lead curriculum intent, implementation and impact
This course for senior leaders will consider the essence and importance of whole-school curriculum leadership. It will unpick Ofsted’s expectations of senior leaders with regards to implementing a ‘broad, rich curriculum’ (DfE, 2024). Based on educational research and curriculum theory, participants will explore how senior leaders can work with subject leaders to build knowledge and understanding of the features of effective subject curricula intent and implementation.
